Alliant has been monitored by the BBB over the last eight years and has maintained its A+ rating for nearly a year and a half. In the last year, Alliant has resolved 31 questions through the BBB and continues to act transparently and with integrity in all of our operations. With a vast majority of the points (approximately 90 points) revolving around complaint-related elements such as complaint volume, unanswered complaints, unresolved complaints, and complaint resolution delay, Alliant’s exceptional rating is an unbiased indication of our high standards of service and our company’s strong emphasis on timely complaint resolution.
